Rivendell Software was first established in 1990 by Dino Nardini. Originally the company developed application software such as bulletin board software (BBS) and plug-ins, but as the Internet hit mainstream in the late-1990's, our focus shifted to website development.
In 2003 (before the days of WordPress and Joomla), we developed our premier RS Web Manager (RSWM) content management system. Our clients have been using this web-based system to maintain their own websites for over 10 years now... easily and effectively.
Our key focus has always been to deliver professional and affordable Internet solutions to the tourism and business communities.
We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients.
Aside from managing the day to day operations of Rivendell Software, Dino provides database and website programming support.
Dino holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and was one of the first Certified Webmasters in Atlantic Canada (Henson College, Dalhousie University, July 1998). Dino has also completed additional courses in web server administration, graphic design and ColdFusion Application Development (Allaire 2000).
When not in the office, Dino can usually be found wandering around the Nova Scotia outdoors with his camera.
