 Over the past 8 years I worked with 3 other web design companies both for my own site and an association I belong to. All 3 made promises to design great sites to increase traffic, give us control over our domain name and administrative control over the site, all for a set price. None of them delivered what they promised. Once worked commenced 2 companies wanted considerably more money than the agreed to price. I was rapidly loosing faith in the web design industry and then I met Dino, of Rivendell Software. Dino, took an enthusiastic, professional approach to help with our needs. He delivered everything he said he would, in a timely fashion and for the same price range as the others. Dino has provided great support and customer service since taking us on as customers. Several times he updated the level of service without increasing our costs. I've received many compliments about my site and have seen an increase in business because of it. | When our association decided we needed a new webpage design, few of us knew anything about developing a webpage, let alone maintaining a website. Upon doing some research on the internet, I came across a listing for Rivendell Software which provided an option called content management that would allow us to update our website on our own, at a reasonable price. Dino Nardini, of Rivendell Software, was true to his word in providing us with all of the services he initially quoted us. His content management system is very easy to use. Anyone that can use Microsoft Word can use the content management system... I can attest to that. Dino is also extremely prompt in answering any questions that you may have. If I did not understand something he could explain things in a step by step format that made everything make sense. Our board of directors is ecstatic about the work that Dino has done on our website. We continuously get compliments on how professional the website looks. I would highly recommend Rivendell Software to design your new webpage; particularly if you are interested in utilizing the content management system. |
